A "Taller" is an establishment where artisanal or manual work is done. In this case, Taller de Sabores is a kitchen where we explore, investigate and try new dishes, new fusions, mixing ancestral flavors with modern techniques.
We have deep roots, linked to culture and traditions, and we are in continuous search of producers who value ecology and sustainability.
Our essence is linked to our origin, to the place where we are and where we have grown, personally and professionally: Bullas, in the Northwest of the Region of Murcia.
Welcome to Taller de Sabores, the new village kitchen
Bullas as a gastronomic destination
The flavors that have always been in the families of Bullas, such as apricot jams made with surplus harvest, Christmas desserts with homegrown almonds, croquettes, or sausages made with the charcuterie that was made at the pig slaughter: they are a diet intrinsic to the experiences and customs of an area which can be summarized in a single sentence: “village cuisine”.
Juana Fernández is in charge of to recover and transmit those values through the construction of each of the dishes of their menu and the selection of wines and craft beers to pair with it.
Pairing serves as a link between solid and liquid flavors:
she weaves the story he wants to tell through the liquid element, thus connecting the past and present of a town like Bullas.

THE NEW VILLAGE CUISINE With clear values: sustainability and a distinctive style
We recommend starting your journey by following the aroma of some of its star dishes: the croquette version of Ajoharina bullense, the Tuna neck from Murcian fishing grounds with sourdough breadcrumbs or its Smash Burger version made with sausage cooked in Bullas wine (homemade).
Be sure to try some of their desserts: among them the Cake of the day in which Juana makes cakes from recipes recovered from women of Bullas or the cheesecake with red fruits from Nerpio.
To complement their dishes, let themselves be guided by the pairings. In addition to select wines, they also have their own wine: Casa Convite, from its organic Monastrell vineyards, which together with his craft beer, La Herrera, they add value to their proposal.
