Bullas as a gastronomic destination


That is one of the objectives of Juana Fernandez, sommelier, fromelier and heart of Taller de Sabores, a restaurant with many charms: from the work to build each of the dishes on its menu, to the selection of its wines and craft beers to pair.
Everything at Taller de Sabores has a marked personality, it reflects the character of its team and the definition of its project, which can be summarized with a single word:
Gastroworkshop.
The values that they bring to each of the flavors of their proposal are based on traditional and homemade cuisine, with international influence, mixed with the culture of the Northwest region where this Flavor Workshop is located.

A different gastronomic space, with clear values: sustainability and own style


Located in what was an old restaurant from the 60s in the heart of Bullas, the decoration and interior design of the restaurant pay tribute to all the history that its walls contain: where there was darkness before, the light of its interior patio is now deciphered, The personality and all the human aspects of the project: eclecticism, taste for details and a lot of world are what the sensations of the place convey at a first glance.
